Jewel Mangalathil
Administrative Manager
Jewel manages hiring and onboarding at ABH. She has also been working with both adults and children with developmental disabilities for over 8 years. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Her 5 year goal is to attend medical school and become a Psychiatrist. Her10 year goal is to join NASA as an aerospace physician.

Lilia Ramirez
Regional Clinical Operations Director
Southern California
Lilia has 8 years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis field and has been utilizing ABA with her son for over 12 years. Lilia graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a bachelor degree in psychology and a master degree in Teaching with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Lilia obtained her Board Certification in 2016 and takes great joy in training staff and supporting families. During her personal time she enjoys learning to surf and time outdoors.

Nima Mohseninejad
HR Business Partner and Clinic Operations Specialist
McKinney, TX
Nima brings a well-rounded background in ABA, with hands-on clinical experience and expertise in HR and Operations. He holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master's in HR Management from USC. His education has shaped his approach to leadership, focusing on supporting others and fostering collaboration. He’s passionate about creating growth opportunities for staff, aiming to build an environment where both clients and team members can thrive. In his personal time, he enjoys learning about musical instruments and their history.

Billal Asghar
Founder and CEO
Billal has over 10 years of operations management experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. He started Ambitions Behavioral Health with the hopes of providing quality services that make a lasting impact in the lives of clients, and their families, as well as team-members. Billal has a Masters in Business Administration from CSU East Bay and currently works out of the San Ramon, CA office coordinating day to day operations at ABH.

Corrina Diaz
Chief Clinical Officer
Corrina has over 15 years of experience in educating children and adolescents with special needs. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Education in the Autism Specialist program and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She oversees all clinical operations at Ambitions Behavioral Health. In addition to her role at ABH, she is an adjunct professor at La Sierra University, where she teaches Behavior Analysis.
